Do You Remember?
Do you remember Hot Spam sandwiches? You know, 1 can of spam shredded, equal amount of Velvetta cheese shredded, chopped onion and then ketsup to hold it all together. Place on half a hamburger bun and then broiled in the oven until hot and melted. Well I love thoses sandwiches and I mixed up a batch today. I didn't feel like turning the oven on for just two, as Rodney is in Montana, so anyway, I thought, why not grill them like a grilled cheese sandwich! Was it good you ask! I thought it was better than from the oven. Then another thought occurred to me. This would make a great sandwich when camping. You can bet it will be on our next trip.

Do you remember using the grinder hooked to the table? That was the most fun--watching the cheese come out all squiggly.
yes girls I still make them would take them to card club when my turn for sandwiches they would disappear in a flash! I love thm
oh by the way Kristi I think it was you who put on the choc ake in a mug? well I tried it last sun really pretty good my neighbor lady came over and said something sure smells good told her about it and gave her the recipe next day my friend comes overand said she got he recipi from mother-inlaw of next door lady who works in the bank!!! it's wasting no time getting around
